nationalfurnituresupply.com and its distributors/suppliers reserve the right to restrict shipments to within the Continental U.S. All orders must be placed with a residential ship-to address. Orders with P.O. Box, APO, or FPO shipping addresses will not be processed. In most cases we do accept the returns of the product if the product is in unused condition. We will refund you the amount less the 30% restocking fee. If there is any fault in the product, we will exchange the product for no additional cost. Customer pays for return shipping.

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.Shipping and handling charges
You are responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges for all products purchased from NationalFurnitureSupply.com. You are responsible for these charges for shipments that are refused or returned if you don't like the product. If the furniture cannot be delivered inside your home due to any entrance restrictions, you are liable to pay the restocking fee. If the product is defective or damaged, it will be replaced at no extra charge. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products or shipping errors in Item return. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
