The Laura Ashley Keswick collection combines the rich tradition of English craftsmanship with a touch of Louis Phillipe style to add classic grace. Crafted in solid maple and other select premium hardwoods, the collection features the shaped upper drawers synonymous with Louis Phillipe, while utilizing traditional pilasters and a raised base. Bold beds, fashionable mirrors and the texture of leather and marble add to the elegant ambience of Keswick. Cases are designed for both beauty and function, with hefty proportions that yield generous storage space. The Keswick collection features over thirty plus pieces in bedroom, dining, and occasional finished in a rich auburn finish to accent the beautiful grain of solid wood.

Keswick Bedroom

One has an array of stunning beds to choose from in this collection. Choose from the Chantilly platform bed with raised panel headboard and footboard (4/6-5/0 & 6/0-6/6 sizes), Laura’s poster bed with optional canopy features deep fluting, 5” square posts and hand carving (5/0 & 6/0-6/6 sizes), or the Stanford sleigh bed with top grain leather (5/0 & 6/6 sizes). These beds are complimented by the beautiful chests and dressers in the collection which feature fluted posts, serpentine shaped concealed upper drawers with felt lining, thick base frames, and plenty of drawer storage. The armoire features two wrap around doors, knock-out back panel, adjustable shelves, cord exits, and four drawers. Mirror choices include the beveled landscape mirror, beveled round mirror, two-way landscape mirror (patent pending) for mounting over a flat screen TV, landscape mirror with two can lights, or a tilting bureau mirror. You can choose the three drawer nightstand or bedside chest with marble top and pull-out shelf to accent your bed. The linen closet with mirror door, four trays, levelers, and cord exit will complete your bedroom.

Keswick Dining

The Pelham China base and deck provides multiple functions as well as displaying your treasured collectibles. The deck has four glass doors, curio ends, mirror back, and can lights with touch dimmer, while the base has three drawers, three doors, three trays with one having a silverware tray inside, and a half shelf. Your china selection can be complimented by three choices of dining tables. The beautiful Pelham dining table with carved leg supports and two 19” leaves extend the table to a total of 108” long. The 30” high refectory table features two self-storing leaves to extend the table to a total of 98” and features tapered carved legs, while the 56” diameter round table has a large carved vase shaped pedestal base. You have two choices of arm and side chairs to choose from for your table selection. The beautiful server has a high profile (44”) and includes a silverware tray, four drawers, two doors, and one half shelf. Add the 62” wide sideboard with marble top, four drawers, two doors, three adjustable shelves, and a silverware tray in the top drawer to complete your room.

Keswick Occasional

Occasional tables incorporate vase shaped pedestals and knuckle carved tops to add sophistication and comfort to your home. One can choose from two styles of end tables or two styles of cocktail tables to add to their living room. The living room will be complete when one chooses from the 54” or 65” entertainment consoles. They feature panel doors with hardware, media storage trays, adjustable shelf, adjustable levelers, cord exit, and two component areas to display the TV of your choice in style.

English Dovetail: English dovetails on the drawer front and back create a tight Construction fit and adds exceptional holding power. This keeps the Drawer tight and snug after thousands of pulls.

Floating Tops: This type of construction is incorporated into every Kincaid product to allow expansion and contraction of the solid wood components as the humidity changes in your home.

Mortise and Tenon Joints: Kincaid’s case construction features mortise and tenon joinery, Tenon Joints a time proven method of assembling two parts at a 90 degree angle.

Drawer Guides: A wood-on-wood non-tilting, dovetailed drawer guide is used in the installation of all Kincaid drawers.

Solid Wood Edges: Shaped edges are constructed of solid wood, unlike many manufacturers who use banded veneers, to provide premium quality and durability.

Adjustable Glides: Adjustable glides are provided on all units for leveling doors and on select units for a center support.

Floating Panels: Raised panel doors and bed panels utilize a floating, self-centering construction technique.

Finger Joints: All Kincaid solid wood chairs are crafted using a glue and screw technique across a finger jointed corner, adding strength to the chair while minimizing flex across the joint.

Front Posts: Where the design allows, heavy front posts are used for additional case stability and strength.
