Highland Park Bedroom

One has two choices of beds in this group. The Highland Park bed features a beautiful lattice back headboard complemented by a curved post footboard with panels. It comes in your choice of 5/0 or 6/0&6/6 sizes. The Park Bench bed has a lightly curved headboard with both it and the footboard featuring lattice framework in 4/6 & 5/0 sizes. You can add the trundle unit to both beds for extra storage. The trundle unit consists of two trundle boxes, four plywood panels for mattress support, and mounting hardware. These beautiful beds are accented with your choice of the landscape, vertical, or silver metal mirrors. Your choice of the open two drawer nightstand with pullout shelf or the three drawer nightstand can accompany your choice of bed. The armoire in this collection provides two wrap around doors for TV viewing from any angle, two adjustable shelves, two trays, closet rod, cord exits, two drawers in base and a slip out TV opening in the back panel. Plenty of storage is found in the nine drawer triple dresser or the ten drawer bureau.

Highland Park Dining

The china provides multiple functions as well for displaying your treasured collectibles. It has wood framed glass doors, adjustable glass shelves, light with three-way touch dimmer, and drawer storage with a silverware tray in the top drawer. This piece is complemented by your choice of the rectangular dining table marked by its strong legs and two 18” leaves. You can also choose the 36” tall dining table with one butterfly leaf. One has an array of dining chairs to complement their choice of table as well. The arm, side, and tall chairs are all crafted from solid alder and feature curved wooden lattice backs. Or one can choose to go with the beautiful upholstered side and arm chairs with its sleek support posts. The stacking case is great for adding storage as you go while still remaining sophisticated. Each unit features two doors with glass or wood panels and two adjustable wood shelves. The base is removable for stacking multiple cases. The sideboard with two drawers, silverware tray in top left drawer, four doors, and two adjustable wood shelves will complete your dining room.

Highland Park Occasional

A square end table and rectangular cocktail table with the same lattice work that is featured on the Highland Park bed provides both style and function to your living room. One can also choose to add a drawer end table or the single drawer sofa table with nickel finish hardware. The living room will be complete when one chooses from either the 54” wide or 65” wide entertainment consoles in this collection. The consoles feature alder panel doors, media storage tray, adjustable shelf, cable ready electrical outlet, and cord exits to display the TV of your choice.

Drawer Guides: A wood-on-wood non-tilting, dovetailed drawer guide is used in the installation of all Kincaid drawers.

Solid Wood Edges: Shaped edges are constructed of solid wood, unlike many manufacturers who use banded veneers, to provide premium quality and durability.

Adjustable Glides: Adjustable glides are provided on all units for leveling doors and on select units for a center support.

Floating Panels: Raised panel doors and bed panels utilize a floating, self-centering construction technique.

Finger Joints: All Kincaid solid wood chairs are crafted using a glue and screw technique across a finger jointed corner, adding strength to the chair while minimizing flex across the joint.

Front Posts: Where the design allows, heavy front posts are used for additional case stability and strength.
