Brookside can be defined as a lodge-inspired, almost rustic collection. Accented with stylish, antiqued brass hardware and matching metal accents, keyhole escutcheons have been routed into the drawers for a distinguished, authentic flavor. Above all else, Brookside owes it's beauty to solid hardwoods finished in a gentle, hand-distressed satin patina, bringing the naturally flowing grain characteristics of solid wood to life.

The Brookside collection marries traditional design elements with modern functionality and performance. Constructed of solid Linga and Birch and other select premium hardwoods, this collection is lodge-inspired (rustic) and accented with stylish, antiqued brass hardware and matching metal accents. Keyhole escutcheons are routed in for a more authentic look. This collection uses a rich, medium red twenty-five step finish to display depth and character of solid wood by incorporating labor-intensive hand antiquing techniques. The Brookside collection features over twenty-one plus pieces in bedroom and occasional crafted to last a lifetime.

Brookside Bedroom

One has two elegant beds to choose from in this collection. One can choose from the platform bed with panel headboard and footboard (4/6&5/0 & 6/0&6/6 sizes), or the Meadowview bed with large capped posts and panel headboard and footboard accented with metal railing (5/0 & 6/6 sizes). These beds are complimented by the beautiful chests and dressers in the collection which feature high profile scalloped bases and plenty of drawer storage. The Brookside dresser has ten drawers with the top center drawer featuring a working lock and liner. The bureau has nine drawers, one door with inside trays and the top two drawers features working lock and liner. The Loveland clothing chest features three doors, three drawers, eight trays, and two adjustable shelves. The Morgan armoire features two wrap around doors, VCR shelf with two partitions, two drawers, and levelers. The chests and dressers are accented with your choice three mirrors. One can choose from the beveled landscape mirror with molding top, portrait mirror, or a beveled bureau mirror with metal trim. Your bedroom will be complete when you choose from the three drawer nightstand or three drawer bedside chest with pull-out laminate shelf.

Brookside Occasional

Brookside’s living room collection will add warmth and comfort to any home with its rich finish. The square cocktail table, rectangular end table, and sofa table all feature elegant crafted legs that display the natural characteristics of solid wood. The rectangular display cocktail table with its scalloped base will add style and function to your living room. It features two media storage drawers with hardware and one open top display with glass top. One can compliment the display cocktail table with the chairside chest. It features one drawer and one door with hardware and scalloped base. The living room will be complete when one chooses from either the 54” wide or 65” wide entertainment consoles in this collection. The consoles are 28” tall and feature raised wood panel doors with hardware, two component areas, media storage trays, adjustable wood shelf, cable ready electrical outlet, cord access holes, and adjustable levelers to display the TV of your choice in style.

Drawer Guides: A wood-on-wood non-tilting, dovetailed drawer guide is used in the installation of all Kincaid drawers.

Solid Wood Edges: Shaped edges are constructed of solid wood, unlike many manufacturers who use banded veneers, to provide premium quality and durability.

Adjustable Glides: Adjustable glides are provided on all units for leveling doors and on select units for a center support.

Floating Panels: Raised panel doors and bed panels utilize a floating, self-centering construction technique.

Finger Joints: All Kincaid solid wood chairs are crafted using a glue and screw technique across a finger jointed corner, adding strength to the chair while minimizing flex across the joint.

Front Posts: Where the design allows, heavy front posts are used for additional case stability and strength.
